The Province of Naples realizes the functions derived from the law 142/90, article 19 of D.Lgs 267/2000 and those added by other stattal and regional laws, with the most open participation of the citizens and the institutions, in particular those of the public and local administration and all the other social forms that function in the specific fields of interest. The Department of the Community Politics, that promoted TRA.IN project, among others aims to offer to the financial actors of the territory, data and information in order to facilitate their access to the European funds, supports the establishment of networks of the local actors intending to enforce the local implementation and finally identifies the most fruitable sectors that can be applied European policies concluding to a major measurable outcome for the Province and it’s citizens.

CdIE Bulgaria is a company that is dealing with Bulgarian rights. This office in Sofia develops activities in Romania, Bulgaria and boundary countries. CdIE Bulgaria points to the following objectives:
To foster the internalization process of CdIE Soc; Coop, especially in the newest countries entered in the European Community.
To promote a new company on Bulgarian rights, which; will be able to put in action different relationships and independent competences in this framework. Moreover, Cdie BG develops monitoring activities on funding opportunities in the field of the European Structural Fund Programs, which fall under the responsibility of the Bulgarian Managing Authorities (ESF, ERDF, EAFRD, Cohesion Fund etc.).

Founded in 1982, Inforcoop is a second degree cooperative society, that associates regional vocational training centres of Legacoop, regional vocational training agencies of several economy sectors cooperative associations, research and consulting agencies.
Inforcoop is a Ministry of Labour accredited national training centre. It coordinates the member associations by providing support in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of cooperative enterprises, human resource development, lifelong learning and systems for local employment and economic development.
