The main difficulties that spread out from the Administration in the actuation of Equal Opportunities are essentially based on the lack of procedures and impact-evaluation-result’s methods on the program policies.
The programming policies are fundamental for the actions which are carried out for the future beneficiaries. The main goal of the project is to build a whole training kit which will be immediately usable for multi-leveled targets in order to improve the training process for the programming policies, evaluation policies and impacts-results policies.
The “kit” is prepared for the transfer and it is made by lots of materials which constitute a training process that could be adapted by several contexts for several targets.
